Herkner Jewelers Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases

Returns

All new merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.

All Estate Merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received from Herkner Jewelers.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immeadiately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs when making a return along with insurance if desired.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
